This policy describes how the Dr. MJ Grines website, operated by Grines Media Group LLC, handles information through its currently implemented forms and services. It does not describe the separate privacy practices of websites you visit through external links.

The inquiry form collects your name, email address, and service of interest. You may also provide an organization, timing, event date, preferred time, topic, audience, format, budget, and additional details. Please avoid submitting sensitive personal information that is not necessary for your inquiry.

Inquiry information is saved for administrator review and used to respond, discuss potential engagements, and manage follow-up. Administrators may add notes, a status, or a follow-up date. Where email notifications are configured, inquiry details are also included in a notification to the designated business recipient.

Newsletter signup collects your first name and email address. The website records signup source, consent wording and timing, subscription status, and confirmation information. New signups and requests to subscribe again require confirmation through an emailed link before the subscription becomes active.

The website supports an unsubscribe page. An unsubscribed record is ordinarily retained to record the opt-out rather than treated as an active subscription. Authorized administrators can also permanently delete subscriber records. Signing up is separate from sending an inquiry or requesting a resource download.

Free resource download requests collect your name and email address and record the requested resource. This information is used to provide access and keep a record of the request. Download files are delivered through temporary access links.

The newsletter option on the download form is optional and starts unchecked. Requesting a download does not by itself subscribe you. Selecting the newsletter option records consent and begins the email-confirmation process.

The website uses Lovable Cloud for application records, file storage, and administrator authentication, and a configured email service for confirmation emails and inquiry notifications. These services process information needed to operate those functions. Hosting and service providers may also process technical request information under their own practices.

Access checks restrict inquiry, subscriber, and download-request records to authorized administrators in the application. Files requiring controlled access use temporary signed links. These measures do not guarantee that any internet service is completely secure.

The implemented forms use rate limits and spam protections. Inquiry and newsletter protections use a hashed representation of the requesting IP address; download request limits use the submitted email address. Retention periods vary by the type of record and its purpose. This policy does not specify a fixed storage period or backup-deletion timeframe.

Administrator sign-in uses browser storage to maintain an authentication session. The website also uses session storage for limited page-loading recovery. Hosting infrastructure and external providers may use additional cookies, logs, or storage under their own practices.

Google Analytics is not installed in the website application. If analytics is introduced, this policy will describe the information collected, its purposes, and applicable controls and consent requirements.

Project contributions open Stripe-hosted checkout. Buy Me a Coffee opens its separate external website. The website does not collect payment card details through its own forms; information you submit at external checkout is handled by that provider.

Shop functionality supports external purchase destinations, including Payhip and Printify, when approved products are available. This does not mean either platform is currently offering products on this site. Other linked services, such as document hosts and social media sites, follow their own privacy policies. Review those policies before sharing information.
